Goods are sent on the same day if
your order is
received by noon (1200 GMT). However we continue to process orders later than this, so you
still could be in with a chance of that same day dispatch. If the item is not in stock you will
be advised asap too and your order dealt with accordingly.
Delivery times for 1st Class post are not guaranteed. Courier orders will require signing for and normally arrive
between 1200 - 1700. You will be contacted if your item is not in stock
and when it can be sent before any charge is made to your card.
We will send your package by courier automically if your postage totals
£8.00 or more. This applied to England (UK mainland), Isle of Wight,
Wales and Scotland (East coast - Dundee, Aberdeen & Peterhead
areas) only.
- 24 Hour Courier Next day (pm) delivery is used on the
majority of our stock
items at a maximum cost of £8.00 inc. VAT. Insurance can be arranged on request for an additional £7.00 inc.
VAT for all areas specified. Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional £15.00 inc VAT for all areas specified. Our £8.00 courier rate
applies to England (UK mainland), Isle of Wight, Wales and Scotland (East coast - Dundee, Aberdeen & Peterhead areas) only. Other areas specified maybe subject to a 48 hour delivery and different costs: Other Scotland
£16.00 inc. VAT, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scilley Isles
£22.70 inc. VAT, Southern Ireland £28.70 inc. VAT, Isle of Man and the
Channel Islands £36.00 no VAT applies. For all other areas courier rates are available on request.
- Postage Royal Mail rates apply to all addresses with UK
postcodes. All these goods are sent by 1st Class post with a max.
length 60cm & tubes up to 90cm. Additional insurance can be
arranged on request, otherwise their standard terms apply. Recorded
delivery and Special delivery can be arranged by request - their
standard terms & conditions apply.
- Parcel Post If
any items exceed the required length for 1st Class post we can
either send by Parcel Post typically 3 - 5 working days delivery, or
you can opt to use our courier service as specified above. Parcel Post
standard terms & conditions apply.
- International Postage Applies if you don't have a UK
postcode delivery address. Overseas postage rates vary and prices
depend on delivery times required. If you place an overseas order, a UK
postage rate is automatically calculated on this website but you will
be contacted asap with the ammended postal quote and your card will not
be charged until you agree to it. Terms & conditions vary and are
subject to the contactor used, you will normally be advised of these at
the time.
- Many items have free/reduced courier charges. These apply to England mainland, Isle of Wight, Wales and Scotland (East coast - Dundee, Aberdeen & Peterhead areas) only.

Everything is held in stock unless we tell you. If we don't stock it - please ask and we will
try our very best to get it for you.
Pricing:
Prices published include VAT @ 17.5% (where
applicable) and are not subject
to any additional UK taxes. All orders will be charged in UK £ and its
conversion from any other currency is subject to the company you
independantly arrange the transaction through (ie. your bank or credit
card company). All prices are correct at time of
publication
(errors and omissions accepted). Customers will be advised if any
changes apply to their order so that their further
approval is granted before their card is charged.

Terms and conditions of sale:
Our return policy is that goods may be returned for a refund to the purchaser, if
received by us within 30 days of their purchase date and must include the relevant receipt/s. The goods must be
unused, undamaged and all packaging in tact as if fit for resale, they may not be tampered with in any way. Any
postage prices must be borne by the customer and will not be refunded
by us. If the goods include free of charge delivery from us, then our postage
costs will be deducted from your refund. Sale items will not be refunded.
We have the right to refuse any order we deem suspicious or
fradulent in anyway and to notify relevant authorities/parties of
such transactions.
