Just wanted to say thank you for my replacement head and for your letter. It's unusual to find such good service these days.
I'll be in the garden this afternoon with my little girl and we'll hang the blue head as you suggest. I'll be recommending your website to my friends and I expect they'll be buying some things for the garden for their little ones too.

"Just wanted to send you a note to say thank you for the brillant service I received from you, I phoned yesterday and placed my order on the phone, the lady I spoke to was both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, even giving me advise on how to cut and handle to material I ordered.
My order arrived this morning, exactly correct and with the rods cut to the length I asked for.
Your firm was recommended to me by a friend who said he had received outstanding service. In a world where you have to hold on a phone pressing buttons to get through to people who don't know anything about their product or service, how nice it is to deal with such an excellent and professional company as yours.

"Hi,
Just a quick email to thank you for being so helpful at your Bluewater
branch on Monday.
I purchased a Flexifoil Orbit, then popped back in a few minutes later to
upgrade to a Pulsar! (my wife gave me the extra £15!). The kite is
fantastic, such a difference from my M&S one - although that has got quite a
nice violent quality about it!

Every week in it's weekend section The Times newspaper looks into
e-shopping for a particular item. On April 27th Amber Cowan
investigated buying kites and internets sites that can aid you in your
purchase. Along with several other UK on-line kite retailers comments
were made on several areas. We were delighted as to how our site shone
in the reviewer's words. Here's what was written:
We hope the reviewer was able to get the chance to speak to one of our staff members and look around our stores, they are pretty good too (if we do say so). After all it's the staff who write the site, all of whom are experienced kiters in various areas.
'Beginners should start by swotting up on the difference between single and dual-line kites before entering the shop proper, which can be searched by type, manufacture or price'Not only can you swot up on the difference between single and dual line kites before you buy, but you can now also swot up on how to fly your kite after you buy. The site has been designed as a guide to kites we sell with the ability to buy on-line. Not just as a facility to buy on-line. We are glad the review picked up on this.
