Power Kites - Flexifoil Sting
The Sting is an easy to fly, entry level 4 line power kite with direct control which makes you feel you are really connected to the kite. It comes ready to fly in a tidy rucksack with Dyneema flying lines, quad handles or bar version and a safety system. It offers a free 6 month manufacturers repair voucher. It delivers solid pull with clean, steady acceleration right across the wind window. The canopy of the Sting has been completely redesigned using the latest Flexifoil R & D design processes. The new 'leading edge' gauze mesh provides the kite with exceptional stability meaning that you do not need to worry about it folding up, or falling out of the sky, even in gusty wind conditions. This has also led to the easy re-launch facility. The Sting 07 is one of the easiest kites ever to re-launch, just by moving one handle allows the kite to roll off its leading edge, then it flips upright and smoothly flies back up into the air.
The Sting 07 redefines the power kite. It is a simple, patient and stable kite to fly which helps new kiters develop their flying skills in a safe and comfortable way.
The Sting 07 size range has been extended for this year. The new 3.3m really packs a punch and bridges the gap for traction power kite. Whilst the larger flyer will enjoy these as gutsy, fun recreational kites, smaller flyers will discover the ultimate in introductory traction kites. With controllable power and swift turning response it easily fulfils both roles.
